Refund Policy
We are delighted to welcome you to Relais Tiaré and will always do our best to ensure your stay is pleasant and relaxing. In case of cancellations or unforeseen circumstances, please refer to our refund policy below:
Cancellations

Free cancellation: You may cancel your reservation up to 7 days before the arrival date at no charge.

Late cancellations: For cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date, 50% of the total amount will be retained.

No-show: In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
Refunds

Refunds, when applicable, will be issued within 7 business days of the cancellation confirmation.

Refunds are issued exclusively via bank transfer or in cash, depending on your preference and availability.

For bank transfers, a valid IBAN will be required.
Reservation Changes

Any changes to the booking dates must be requested at least 10 days prior to arrival and are subject to availability.

Any difference in rates will be applied based on the new booking.
Emergencies
In the case of serious unforeseen events or force majeure (with appropriate documentation), we will carefully evaluate each situation and do our best to find a fair and accommodating solution.
